Bespoke Flight & Racing Simulators
Adrenaline. Engineered.
Professional Simulation.
Residential Comfort.
At Prestige Home Automation, we believe a world-class simulator should be indistinguishable from a professional procedural trainer. Founded and led by two airline pilots, Tom Denyer and Arnaud Desaedeleer, PHA brings an unparalleled level of technical authority to residential simulation. We move beyond "gaming" to engineer bespoke, high-performance environments for enthusiasts across London, Hertfordshire, and Essex who demand 1:1 realism without the technical friction.
From the tactile weight of an Airbus A320 sidestick to the high-torque feedback of a direct-drive racing motor, we apply the same "redundancy-first" engineering mindset to your simulator as we do to flight safety. By integrating complex dual-server architectures into a seamless Control4 interface, we ensure that your transition from the real world to the virtual one is as effortless as a single button press.
London A320 Flight Deck
For a private client in London, we engineered a procedural trainer to commercial flight deck standards. As airline pilots, Tom and Arnaud demand a level of fidelity that moves beyond gaming into professional aerospace engineering. Working with Vier Im Pott, we delivered an environment where every switch and display performs with 1:1 realism.
We installed a 4.1m radius curved screen wrapping 180° around the pilot. Triple laser projectors and Fly Elise software create a seamless 4K window, eliminating the visual breaks of multi-monitor setups. This ensures absolute confidence when judging height and distance on approach.
Seamless 180° Horizon
To ensure zero-latency, we engineered a dual-server architecture. One server manages instrumentation and physics, while a second renders high-fidelity 4K visuals. This split-load approach ensures surgical precision and smooth performance in Prepar3D or MSFS 2024.
Dual-Server Power
We integrated Buttkicker haptic transducers to replicate authentic physical feedback. Feel every runway light during taxi and resonant engine vibrations upon takeoff thrust. This sensory layer builds genuine muscle memory essential for professional cockpit performance.
Visceral, Tactile Reality
One-touch control
The biggest barrier to using a professional-grade simulator is the setup time. Typically, a dual-server rig requires a manual checklist of booting PCs, aligning projectors, and managing room temperature before you can even take your seat. At Prestige Home Automation, we believe high-end technology should be felt, not managed.
Environmental Transition: With a single press on a Control4 interface, motorised blackout blinds descend and a dedicated AC unit engages to counteract the thermal load of the server hardware.
Optic Synchronisation: All three laser projectors fire up in unison, with Fly Elise software automatically aligning the 180° image for immediate, seamless immersion.
Computational Handshake: PHA engineers the automation so both the physics and visual servers boot and handshake automatically, launching the software directly into a "ready-to-run" state.
Sensory Engagement: The simulator’s internal lighting and Buttkicker haptic transducers engage, providing instant tactile feedback the moment you slide into the seat.
The Racing Grid
Why settle for a generic racing seat when you can train on a professional-grade motorsport rig engineered by airline pilots?
We utilise industrial-grade SimLab chassis and high-torque Direct Drive motors to ensure every nuance of the track surface is felt with surgical accuracy. By specifying hydraulic load-cell pedals and integrated Buttkicker haptics, we replicate the visceral physics of a GT3 or Formula 1 car - from tyre slip to the sharp, mechanical jolt of a gear shift.
Every rig is seamlessly integrated into your home's Control4 backbone, allowing you to launch into a race session with a single button press. This ensures that the complex multi-server infrastructure required for elite simulation never interferes with your time behind the wheel, providing a seamless "one-touch" experience.
The science of immersion.
The Pilot-Engineer Advantage
At Prestige Home Automation, our foundation isn't sales; it's professional aviation and advanced computing. Serving London, Hertfordshire, and the South East, founders Tom Denyer and Arnaud Desaedeleer apply airline-standard rigour to every simulator environment we design. We believe a high-fidelity simulator is only as effective as the engineering infrastructure beneath it, which is why we produce full technical schematics, detailed cable schedules, and dedicated thermal management plans for every installation to ensure professional-grade reliability.
Professional Training at Home
Whether we are commissioning a bespoke Airbus A320 flight deck or an F1-grade racing rig, our mission is to deliver a system that is robust enough for professional training but simple enough for daily residential use. By integrating complex, dual-server visual engines into a seamless Control4 ecosystem, we eliminate the technical friction of "pre-flight" setups. From the initial CAD floor plans to the final 1:1 calibration of the 180° projection and haptic feedback, we ensure your virtual world is as technically precise and visceral as the real one.
-
We provide specialist on-site engineering for simulator projects across London, Hertfordshire, and Essex. Whether you are integrating an Airbus A320 flight deck into a townhouse in Chelsea or commissioning an F1 racing rig in Epping, our pilot-led team manages the entire project from initial CAD floor plans to final technical calibration across the South East.
-
For a fully immersive experience using our 4.1m radius curved screen, we typically require a minimum room width of 4.5m and a depth of 4m. However, our engineering team specialises in scaling technology for more compact spaces in St Albans or Central London, utilising bespoke short-throw Sony laser projection to ensure a seamless visual horizon in smaller residential rooms.
-
Professional simulators usually require a tedious manual checklist to launch. At Prestige Home Automation, we eliminate this friction by integrating the dual-server architecture and Fly Elise optic software into the Control4 ecosystem. This allows you to trigger the blackout blinds, active cooling, projectors, and the simulator software with a single "One-Touch" command on a wall keypad or remote.

Yes. Because Prestige Home Automation was founded by professional airline pilots Tom Denyer and Arnaud Desaedeleer, our builds are engineered as procedural trainers rather than toys. We specify high-fidelity hardware from partners like Vier Im Pott to ensure every switch, sidestick, and throttle quadrant provides the 1:1 tactile feedback required to build genuine muscle memory for real-world aviation.
-
We engineer our racing environments using industrial-grade SimLab aluminium chassis to ensure zero-flex under high load. To replicate the visceral physics of a GT3 or Formula car, we specify high-torque Direct Drive steering motors, hydraulic load-cell pedals, and Buttkicker haptic transducers. This ensures that every nuance of the track surface—from tyre slip to gear shifts—is felt with surgical accuracy.
